If selected, this service ensures that in the event your shipment is lost, damaged, or misdelivered during transit, you may file a claim directly with Xcotton. All claim management, compensation, and resolution are handled entirely by Xcotton Shipping Protection.

Coverage
1. Loss Protection

Domestic Shipments:

If the package is not marked as “delivered” within 30 days from the shipping date, Xcotton will consider it lost.

International Shipments:
If the package is not marked as “delivered” within 60 days from the shipping date, Xcotton will consider it lost.

Packages Marked as “Delivered”:
If the courier marks a package as delivered but you have not received it, Xcotton may treat it as lost, provided you submit sufficient supporting documentation.

Compensation: In all cases, Xcotton will provide either a replacement or a refund. The reimbursement will not exceed the original purchase value of the affected items.

2. Damage Protection

If your package is damaged during transit, Xcotton will provide compensation in the form of a replacement or refund. Compensation will not exceed the original purchase value.

3. Misdelivery Protection

If the courier delivers your package to an address other than the one specified in your order, Xcotton will cover the reasonable costs incurred to correct the delivery, subject to approval.

Filing a Claim

If your package is lost, damaged, or misdelivered, please file a claim through the Xcotton Resolution Center on their official website or contact them at support@xcottons.com.

Reporting Deadlines

All issues must be reported within 90 days of the order date.

Loss Claims:

If not marked “delivered”: Report within 90 days of the order date.

If marked “delivered” but not received: Report within 7 days of the courier’s tracking update.

Damage Claims:

Must be reported within 7 days of the courier’s “delivered” status update.

Misdelivery Claims:

Must be reported to Xcotton immediately upon discovery.

Cancellation of Shipping Protection

Before Shipment: You may contact Xcotton directly to cancel the shipping protection and request a refund.

After Shipment: Shipping protection cannot be canceled or refunded once the order has shipped.
